Instructions to Use


  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Bhajani mix.
  • Add finely chopped onions, coriander, green chili (optional), and salt as needed.
  • Mix with water to form a soft dough.
  • Pat dough onto a banana leaf or butter paper to form a round, flat disc.
  • Make a hole in the center for steam.
  • Roast on a tawa with a little ghee or oil till both sides are golden.
  • Serve hot with curd, chutney, or pickle.
