Our Adai mix premix is a convenient blend of unpolished rice, toor dal, channa dal, moong dal, and urad dal, along with dry red chilies, curry leaves, hing (asafoetida), and pink salt. This wholesome mix offers a nutritious twist to the traditional adai recipe, packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients. It's easy to prepare by simply mixing with water and cooking on a griddle, resulting in flavorful and healthy adai pancakes, perfect for a satisfying meal or snack.

Rice, unpolished Toor dal, Unpolished Channa dal, Unpolished Moong dal, Unpolished Urad dal, Dry Red chillies, Curry Leaves, Hing, Pink salt

Instructions to Use

HOW TO USE

  • Take the PROTEIN RICH ADAI MIX in a bowl.
  • Then add the chopped onions, grated carrot, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste. Add enough water and mix to get a dosa consistency batter.Adjust the salt to your taste.
  • Rest the batter for 20 Mins
  • Heat a dosa tawa and pour 1-2 ladles of the batter and spread like an adai. It should be slightly thicker than dosa.
  • After a few seconds drizzle oil and cook on a medium flame. When the top changes colour, turn the adai and continue to cook the other side.
  • Delicious Instant Adai is ready to be served. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
