Instructions to Use

Aromatic Dhaniya Jeera Aloo (Coriander-Spiced Potatoes)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 medium potatoes (boiled & cubed)
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1–2 green chilies (slit)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1½ tsp Nutty Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Steps:

  • Heat Oil: In a pan, add oil and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  • Add Spices: Add green chilies and turmeric. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Toss Potatoes: Add boiled potatoes, salt, and Nutty Coriander Powder.
  • Mix & Roast: Toss well on medium flame for 3–4 minutes until slightly crispy.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or puri.
