● Orders are shipped Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

● Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

● Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 4-5 business days

Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

● Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Delays & Issues

● Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, strikes, etc.).

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We take pride in offering freshly made, customized, and perishable products. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

2. The product was lost in transit or not delivered.

Cancellations

● Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
