Instructions to Use

For Soft Rotis / Chapatis

  1. Take 1 cup of Plain Sharbati Atta in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add approximately ½ cup water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
  3. Cover and let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Divide into equal portions and roll into thin rotis.
  5. Cook on a preheated tawa until light brown spots appear on both sides.
  6. Roast directly on flame (optional) for soft, fluffy phulkas.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite curry, dal, or vegetables.
