Sprouted Wheat (60%), Sprouted Emmer Wheat (10%), Sprouted Bajra (7.5%), Sprouted Ragi (7.5%), Sprouted Green Gram Dal (7.5%), Sprouted Channa Dal (7.5%), Fenugreek (0.5%), Poppy Seeds (0.2%).

Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sprouted Multi-Grain Atta
  • ½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions:

  • Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  • Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • Rest for 10 minutes (optional for softer rotis).
  • Divide into small balls and roll into thin circles.
  • Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until both sides have brown spots.
  • Serve warm with curry, dal, or ghee.
