Millet Adai Mix is a blend of various millets & grains, pulses, including Activated kodo millet, urad dal, green gram dal, Toor dal, fenugreek, and spices. It is a good source of protein, fiber, and minerals. It is also low in glycemic index, making it suitable for diabetic patients.

Activated Barnyard millet, Activated Foxtail Millet, Activated Little Millet, Activated Kodo millet, Idly rice, Urad dal, Fenugreek, Salt gram dal, Toor dal, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Asafoetedia, Curry leaves, Salt, Whole White Urad dal, Green Gram Dal

Instructions to Use

HOW TO USE

  • Take the MILLET ADAI MIX in a bowl.
  • Then add the chopped onions, grated carrot, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and ginger garlic paste. Add enough water and mix to get a dosa consistency batter. Adjust the salt to your taste.
  • Rest the batter for 20 Mins
  • Heat a dosa tawa and pour 1-2 ladles of the batter and spread like an Adai. It should be slightly thicker than dosa.
  • After a few seconds drizzle oil and cook on a medium flame. When the top changes colour, turn the Adai and continue to cook the other side.
  • Delicious Instant Adai is ready to be served. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
