Ingredients

Soaked Little Millet, Soaked Foxtail Millet, Soaked Barnyard Millet, Soaked Brown top Millet, Soaked Kodo Millet, Soaked Jowar, Soaked Ragi(FingerMillet), Soaked Bajira (Pearl Millet), Ground nut, Sago, Cashew, Almond, Dry ginger, Fried Gram, Pistachios, cardamom

Instructions to Use

opened store in air tight container.



  • For Sweet Porridge:

add 1 tbsp of health mix with 1 cup of milk or water,

boil for 2 to 3 minutes and sweeten it with required sugar / palm sugar.


  • For Salt Porridge:

add 1 tbsp of health mix to 1 cup of water, boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 1/4 tsp of salt.

Switch off the flame and if preferred, add 2 tbsp of butter milk.
