Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Millet & Nut Health Mix
  • 1 cup water or milk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • Sweetener of choice (optional – jaggery, dates puree, or fruit puree for babies)

Method:

  • In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp of the health mix powder with a little water or milk to make a lump-free paste.
  • Heat 1 cup of water or milk in a saucepan.
  • Add the paste to the boiling liquid, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Cook on low to medium flame for 5–7 minutes until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
  • Turn off the heat. Add sweetener if desired and let it cool slightly before serving.
