Barnyard Millet, Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet, Little Millet, Ragi, Bajra, Jowar, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Watermelon Seeds, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Fenugreek

Instructions to Use

Ingredients:

  1. Multi-Grain & Seeds Roti Mix – 50% (1 cup)
  2. Whole Wheat Flour – 50% (1 cup)
  3. Water – as needed
  4. Salt – ½ tsp (optional)
  5. Ghee/Oil – 1 tsp (optional, for softer rotis)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Flours – In a large bowl, combine the Multi-Grain & Seeds Mix with whole wheat flour. Add salt if needed.
  2. Knead the Dough – Gradually add water and knead into a soft, smooth dough. If desired, add 1 tsp ghee or oil for extra softness. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Rolling – Take small portions, roll into thin rotis using a rolling pin, dusting with dry flour if needed.
  4. Cooking – Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium-high flame. Cook each roti for about 30-40 seconds on one side, then flip. Press gently with a spatula for even cooking. Flip again until both sides are golden brown and slightly puffed.
  5. Serving – Serve hot with ghee, curry, dal, or curd for a nutritious meal.
