Quick Horse Gram Chilla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Horse Gram Flour (Kollu/Kulthi Flour)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix horse gram flour, onion, chili, coriander, turmeric, and salt.
  • Add water gradually and whisk into a smooth, pourable batter.
  • Heat a tawa and spread a ladle of batter into a thin chilla.
  • Cook on medium flame until both sides turn golden.
  • Serve hot with chutney or curd.
